Monthly Meetings
Meetings are usually held at 8:00 PM on the second Friday of each month ( except July & August ) at the Sharon Centre Auditorium, located in Sharon Woods Park. There is a Cincinnati Mineral Juniors (kids group) meeting at 7 pm before the general meeting. The park's entrance is on Lebanon Road (US-42) between Reading and Kemper Roads.
After a short business meeting we have a guest speaker. Topics presented by the speakers cover a wide variety of educational subjects in the field of mineralogy and earth science.
Free parking is available after you obtain an annual $ 5.00 county park sticker.
Field trips and other society activities that are conducted throughout the year are planned and discussed at the monthly meetings.
Note: The October meeting date has changed from Oct 21 to Oct 7.
